A variety of shipping options are available, including UPS, Federal Express, or your choice of courier. Freight costs are based on the shipper used, shipping method, the number of packages, their weight, insured value, and COD fees, if applicable. All orders are shipped directly from our facilities in Houston, Texas and can be drop shipped at no additional charge if desired. For international orders, contact us with your preferred carrier and customs clearance requirements. Most international orders incur an additional $25.00 export paperwork fee.

GUARANTEE AND WARRANTY
ACM Electronics provides a 30 day money-back guarantee on all products and warrants all products to be in good working order for one year from the date of purchase from ACM Electronics or an authorized dealer. Should a product fail to be in good working order at any time during this one year warranty period, ACM Electronics will repair or replace the product at no charge.

Credit Approval
For purchase orders, we must receive a confirming PO (by e-mail at Sales@ACMerchandise.com ) before shipping. Credit approval is required for COD company check and net 30 terms.
